Make Member Roster filterable/searchable by first and/or last name and distance

Members and Coordinators like the way we can sort the member roster by categories (name, neighborhood & zipcode). It's helpful when looking for someone you met at a gathering and know just by first name AND for sorting by geographic location. Is that possible?
