Start a new Timebank using the Community Weaver 3 online software

Welcome to the sign-up page for Community Weaver, our online timebanking software.   

To launch your timebank, follow these three steps:  

  1. Log in to your Action Hub or Create an Action Hub account  using your personal email, postal address and phone number so that we know how to contact you.
  2. Fill out the Community Weaver 3 Application Form and sign the User Agreement.  By signing the agreement, you will become the representative/licensee for your timebank to TBUSA. (If necessary, this can be changed at a later date.)
  3. Pay the start-up fee of $79The fee covers launching your new timebank on Community Weaver, and will include hosting, maintenance and limited technical support for one year from the date of launch

After you have submitted your application, the affiliate agreement and the payment to TBUSA, we will launch your new timebank. Timebanks are launched once a week. That means, in the normal flow of things, your new timebank will be launched within 5 working days after your payment has been processed by TBUSA.

After the first year, timebanks pay a regular fee, which you can pay annually or two times a year. (See the fee details in the license agreement)
