Birth year
This needs to be an option per time bank. I can understand not displaying the information but not collecting the information could be detrimental since age can be an important factor for a timebank when applying for grants or doing any research! Any Time Bank that is planning on doing any type of research will want to give this more consideration.

The City does not want anyone to have the option to display birth year. It's for security reasons that we want to avoid this. So, we would want the choice to opt-out for our whole timebank, not just by individual.
